Carolina Predators Name Ralph Byrd as Head Coach

RALEIGH, NC – The Carolina Predators have announced that Ralph Byrd, the team’s current Offensive Coordinator, founding partner, and co-owner, has been appointed as the new Head Coach.


Byrd has been a driving force behind the Predators’ growth since the team’s inception. As Offensive Coordinator, he directed one of the league’s most dynamic offenses, leading player development and implementing a system recognized for its consistent success. His leadership as a founding partner and co-owner has further strengthened the foundation, stability, and vision of the organization.


In his new role as Head Coach, Byrd will guide the Predators with a focus on championship-level preparation, player development, and community engagement.
